Recording hardware assets into Art Client. Updating multiple software applications such as SAP suite, PC Anywhere, Norton Anti-Virus, Lotus Notes etc. Re-installing Windows XP using a Norton Ghost Image disk as needed. Setting up hardware in office spaces and configuring HP Laser/ Jet printers and network connectivity for end-users.
