Profile Information

About Me:
I'm an expat from the USA, living and working in Montevideo, Uruguay.

I have been working with brain function and behavior since the late '70s. I'm a practitioner who teaches, consults, and explores how and why the brain operates the way it does.

Most recently, I've been developing an online training for a program I developed in the early '80s: The Language And Behavior Profile (LAB Profile). With decades of consulting I've been tweaking and augmenting the original 12 LAB patterns.

Now there are 17 patterns, which I've never taught publicly before. So, this new program is LAB Profile 2.0™. You cab get a glimpse of this program at my Website.

Formerly, my focus was on the brain's execution of skills. Specifically, I'm working with athletic skills.

I have found that it is possible to measurably improve athletic performance with an exclusive training, which fine-tunes the brain's execution of those skills. The results are higher levels of performance with fewer mistakes. The improvements are predictable and consistent.

I would like to demonstrate to you how athletes can achieve these higher levels of performance.

I'm confident that in 5 minutes you will be convinced that this provides a significant competitive advantage.

Videos: Business Applications of LAB Profile

You might be wondering what is LAB Profile?

The Language And Behavior Profile is a method for knowing what makes a person 'tick' based on how they talk.

Now, this is not like those profilers from the FBI. This is not about psychology and does not require advanced degrees. It is a practical method for finding the hidden meanings in what people say.

These hidden meanings let you accurately predict what a person will do in given situations. Watch…

It seems we both have a passion for helping those with Developmental Disabilities and their families.  I've done advocacy, consulting and coaching since 2005.  I don't do as much as I used to based on other word demands, but I was lucky enough to go all the way to the United States Supreme Court on an autism case with the family involved.  We won.  It was gratifying.  We'll keep in touch and if I come across any info that looks pertinent or might be of interest to you, I'll pass it along.

All the best,

Hi Roger,

Our company Bare Feet Studios, provides similar consulting and coaching to yours I believe. I speak at conferences a lot, am a founding member of the Social Media Club, and our daily video, Beach Walks with Rox, is our internet TV show with its own community called The Reef. I love this stuff!

Good morning, Rodger.
Thanks for asking me your questions. Unfortunately, I'm *supremely* tied up with a recruiting assignment which much be finished TODAY. So, I may not be able to fully address your question on this day. That aside, I believe I'd take a slightly different approach than what you're contemplating. For me, I'd leave the multiple IDs alone and instead take advantage of Ning's platform in a different way: set up multiple Ning sites. Ning permits you to have up to 10. Each site is powerful. Lots and lots and lots you can do with them. At the same time, you'd continue to build up consistency in your online presence. (Please take it from me - that's important. (I learned it the hard way.))

Must run but, Keep STRONG, Rodger!
