Are You Strong Enough To Believe Your Idea Is Worth Billions Of Dollars?

Within a very short period of time in human history, many Billion Dollar businesses have been built:

Twitter (probably soon)

WhatsApp (added 2.21.2014)

The people who created these companies have seen an idea in their mind's eye, felt it in their soul, sketched it out in writing, dreamed about it in their sleep, and followed it through the processes of birthing, nurturing, and flourishing. As a result new businesses which help millions of people have been borne - businesses worth Billions of dollars.

So, if a trusted expert told you your idea is worth billions, are you strong enough to believe it? Are you strong enough to act so as to help give it birth? Are you a "partial believer" not fully believing in the ultimate value or your own idea? Or are you a "full believer"? A person prepared to be the foundation of a Billion Dollar business?

Thanks, and Keep STRONG, "Billionaires In Waiting"!!

Yes, I'm a full believer that I have a billion dollar idea.

I suspect that billion dollar ideas (like mine) are based on paradigm shifts and to harvest the billions, requires surfing (being out front of) the waves that my paradigm shift will generate.

I think there will be a Nobel Prize on the table for what I'll bring about while helping many millions of young and old people achieve their full destinies.

Ironically, Chris,
I just featured you and Thomas Power again. And, doubly ironically, I just shared a note about Ecademy's incredible visibility score in Linking Ecademy, here:

You make Dorset sound quite idyllic. I hope to see it someday...and, of course, if you need help there in 2012, I think I'm currently available! :-)

Keep STRONG, Chris!

Happy to know you may have found your Billion Dollar company in Futureline, Chris! And, so, I'm glad I recycled this post! (Let us know if we can be of help in reaching your goal, ok?)

Keep STRONG, Chris!

Great to know that you have a great idea that's ON FIRE, Sandrine! :-) I look forward to hearing more about it when you're ready to share, ok?

WONDERFUL essay, Michael! And, yes, indeed, you are being hard on yourself - JUST WHAT YOU NEED! :-) Of course, being hard on yourself is NOT the same thing as abusing yourself. My definition of being hard = good old fashion DISCIPLINE. And, in my opinion, discipline is our friend. The foundation of billionairehood...

By the way: I'm super-glad you included in your essay the concept of love. It is the very foundation of the "Wright Hand Icon" seen so much here on as well as an abundance of other places on the Internet

Including ten does not logically rule out non-Internet companies. Further, a list of ten companies is not intended to be exhaustive. To include all billion dollar companies representing all industries could have taken weeks and could have yielded a list which few, if any, people would have read. It was an improvised list, meant to stir imagination. You are encouraged to use your imagination to think of other companies...
