Hello Robert,

It's a small world, as I used to live in Campbell, CA myself!  (I lived right at Bascom and Woodard).

While I really enjoyed living in the San Jose / Silicon Valley area, I moved out here to the Austin, TX area in 2006 to get away from the high cost of living.  My family and I really love it out here, and I'm sure you're aware, the area is now called Silicon Hills due to the mix of the Texas Hill Country and the number of high tech companies opening offices here.

Vincent suggested I connect with you since I'm putting together my pitch deck for a new venture and will be looking for funding soon.

Hello Robert, I would be interested to hear more. I do have more financials and have worked out the gross revenue for three of the four "spaces" in a 10,000 square foot space. I also worked out the financials for the same spaces based on planning that in the first four months we would only hit .3% of our target audience and within three years what would the gross income look like if 20% of the target audience used the Synergy Center. Mind you we realize if we have a goal of 20% of the market than we need more space after one year.
For an intro to our "concept" and mission please peruse through our site at I look forward to answering more questions and getting the idea off the ground. I am off to another site tomorrow that is offering to lease 9600 to 40000 square feet - see attached.
The other building we wanted will not come down to market value for the space - sticking with $130/sq ft. A community of professionals focused on brand strategy for brand energy.
