Linkedin still SEVERELY limits some responses so, if you have a response longer than a long tweet, you may have to break the response up....

ON LINKEDIN, I HAVE THIS GROWN MAN sending me messages using ONLY STICKERS & hyperlinks. Why not just indulge me with old-school SENTENCES??

No matter how nice & honorable you are in real life, if you don't put anything in your Linkedin profile, I'm not connecting with you on Linkedin.

Thanks Vincent,

I read the link and followed the directions, but that does not help.  I have all email notifications turned on, and for individual emails.  I receive the initial emails when someone posts a new discussion item, but not the subsequent comments from other people.  I checked my spam folder and there are no messages from LinkedIn tn the spam folder.  Basically I did nothing to change my settings from when things were working correctly months ago.  LinkedIn updates have caused this problem and I don't know how to fix it.

I don't have a precise answer but, you might want to take a quick look here:

Does anyone know why I no longer receive email notifications that a new comment has been posted to a LinkedIn discussion that I have commented on?  I did not change any settings, but the notifications stopped a while ago.  Now, the only way to discover if someone has posted a comment is to click on the Flag Icon (Notification) in the upper right of the LinkedIn page.

@LinkedInHelp WE NEED for @Linkedin to HELP us END bulk spam messages in our #Linkedin inboxes. By FAR, it's THE WORSE THING ABOUT LINKEDIN.
