We all have influence in life.
Indeed, without having the power of influence, NONE of us would be alive.
At the same time, no matter how much money, power, and marketing prowess some may have, NONE of us can have influence in all aspects life ...
As humans, we have limitations and must focus on those things where our power of influence is effective and best served.
By way of example, in my role as Founder of Brandergy.com, "Recruiter Influencer" is one of 5 distinct roles through which I serve the Brandergy community.
Recruiter Influencer acts an intermediary between job seeker and recruiter.
In that role, I work with a network of approximately 1,200 professional Recruiters to bring Recruiters and Job Seekers closer together throughout the job search process.
The relationship networking part of being a Recruiter Influencer started long ago by building good, strong relationships with select Recruiters in the Brandergy.com community of Recruiters.
The business part is an ongoing relationship which starts with an executive level job seeker seeking an intermediary between them and select Recruiters.
In the next few weeks I hope to share concrete examples of influencing a suite of professional Recruiters to consider professionals whom I know in my Linkedin and Brandergy networks.
