Here's a new channel someone I know set up on YouTube - the first short video explores how eHarmony applied analytics to create a highly successful business. I think anyone in these categories would find this very interesting:

- Managers with profit and loss (P&L) responsibility at retailers or other businesses that sell directly to consumers.
- Marketers, especially those in retail, services or consumer packaged goods.
- Anyone in the analytics industry.

I am also one of 32 contributing wellness authors in Sandra Larkin's new book, Healthy Profits: The 5 Elements of Strategic Wellness in the Workplace. I talk about the importance of stretching for good health and about workplace ergonomics. There are many stresses in our lives that we can minimize if we are aware of them and make the time and effort to avoid them. Many of us who sit in front of computers all day don't even know that we should adjust our chairs and pay attention to the height of our monitors and the placement of our keyboards.

On a sad person note, I was walking down the sidewalk 2 weeks ago and slipped on a wet grate imbedded in the sidewalk, breaking my left ankle. I am hopping on one leg with the aid of a walker. As Joni Mitchell said "You don't know what you've got til it's gone".

The good news is that I have time to network with all you wonderful and creative folks out there. Drop me a line. I promise I will answer. If anybody has any massage related questions, I would be happy to help.
