Leaders need to know whom to follow. Followers need to know whom to lead.  Both need to know WHEN.

I know how much you like to play with words Vincent.  So I thought that you could create a new group for Operational Excellence and call it Triple-ese (Effective, Efficient, Excellent).

Operational Excellence is primarily customer focused.  But if you don't have your house in order, meaning internal business practices, you won't be able to operate effectively, efficiently, or excellently.
