QUESTION: Do the DECENT people living in impoverished conditions in our severely challenged urban areas who want to break the decades old bonds entrapping them in these seemingly impregnable ghettos count as part of those "living in our global community"?
THE REASON I ASK IS THIS: *IF* we can use our conjoined creativity, resources, intelligence, money, and energy (C.R.I.M.E.) to help break more of those ages old eviscerating bonds and stereotypes, perhaps those who successfully get help to get out of our American ghettos will be of greater assistance in helping BOTH those in ghettos in America AND those in the more highly discussed "3rd world countries"...
(CLOSING QUESTION: When was the last time you had a GOOD conversation in an American ghetto? (Though not often discussed or even contemplated, there ARE some good conversationalists HUNGERING for good conversation in America's ghettos, you know?))
