Pure Joy Foundation. We were approached by Sophia a kids' tri racer and her dad, Eric Kottke. Sophia's first race was the Hill Country Kids & Family Tri several years ago and now she wants to utilize her sport to raise money for this charity. $10.00 per hour + TIPS (Commission EARNED for QUALITY customer services.)
Let the marketplace combine with the workers' attitudes and abilities determine whether they'll make just $10.00 per hour or $15.00 per hour or $20.00+ per hour.)

Several years ago I walked into my favorite bookstore and was fascinated by a book on the shelf.What caught my eye was the bright orange cover and the band of duct tape across the cover. The book was Chip and Dan Heath’s first book titled “Made to Stick.” Since then I have been looking forward to reading their other works. It is no different for their newest work titled “Decisive.”
