The Product of work is People

As stated in an earlier blog I have been studying lately about the whole area of socio-technical systems within our organizations as advanced by Larry Miller. A statement which, on its face value, would totally reinvent our organization’s both now and in the future.

According to the article in 1975 in a publication called the Quality of Working Life…

A Brief Meditation On A Safer Society For Our Sons

A Brief Meditation On A Safer Society For Our Sons:

  1. If you produce a naive son, he's in danger. Your naive son is in danger because he's naive.
  2. If you produce a wise son, he's in danger. Your wise son is in danger because he may think the world will treat him and his wisdom wisely.
  3. If you hide your son, he is in danger. Your hidden son is in danger because he has not interacted…

LifeStronauts And PRESSURE

Remember the images of the astronauts going into space? Before they got to zero gravity and the freedom of weightlessness, they had  to endure inordinate PRESSURE!!
