Leadership Development, Training and Coaching

P.J. Reda & Associates, Inc. headquartered in Atlanta, GA with offices in NY, and Dublin, Ireland offers the following services:

  • Retained Executive Search
  • Executive, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Performance and Career Coaching
  • Leadership Training and Development
  • Human Resources Consulting

In today’s competitive business environment, producing measurable, sustainable results is a key ingredient for success. As successful leaders know, leadership, management and coaching requires a whole new mindset.  Leaders need to utilize various leadership and relationship styles to improve performance, enhance relationships, to empower and motivate their team to plan, and achieve results.

Successful companies know Leadership, Management and Coaching is about nurturing talent; yours and your team’s talent. The secret of being a great leader is mastering the dichotomy of being both firm and supportive in order to bring out the best in others. If you are in charge, your responsibility is to create an environment that nurtures the skills and talents of the people you are responsible for.

That is why we work with individuals, managers and executives in individual and group learning environments to deepen an awareness of the vital traits that are required to move ahead. We provide individual coaching sessions to identify and then develop a program tailored to the needs of the individual. With our Leadership, Management and Coaching training, executives, managers and supervisors learn how to identify and improve leadership gaps, and then create and develop strategies to close them.

Do you want to identify, learn and integrate:

  • Traits to Becoming a Great Leader
  • Additional skills for continued success
  • Coaching skills for Employee Improvement
  • Personality Traits and Preferred Ways of Handling Situations
  • Management and Communication Styles
  • Building Trust and Relationships
  • Transitioning From an Employee to Leader
  • Skills to Facilitating Change
  • Time Management
  • Skills to Give and Receive Feedback
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Individual Management Development Coaching Sessions

If you answered “yes” to any of the above, serious consideration needs to be given to conducting these modules to improve not only your effectiveness, but also the effectiveness of your management team to individually and collectively contribute their own unique expertise while impacting the employer as a total organization.

Hi, I'm connected with quite a few of you already, but let me introduce myself to those whom I don't have the pleasure of knowing yet:

I am a Freelance Translator & Conference Interpreter based in Paris (France). I work with French and English, but I also know a couple of other languages. I have been a freelancer all my entire working life (30 years this year, I'm thinking of having some sort of celebration in June, haven't decided how to do it yet). I interpret and translate for government and business, in a variety of areas - technology, politics, social, economics, agriculture, biotech...
If you need help, don't hesitate to ask.

Warm wishes,
Nadine
