Gamese, the language of games and gamers is for Brandergy members focused on Gamification.

Member Value Proposition: "Gamification is the use of game thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts to engage users in solving problems.[1][2][3] Gamification has been studied and applied in several domains, such as to improve user engagement,[4] physical exercise,[5] return on investment, data quality, timeliness, and learning.[6] A review of research on gamification shows that most studies on gamification find positive effects from gamification.[7]

Thanks, Afi.

I've never played a game on Facebook ... and may never do so ... however, the principles of gamification are highly, highly, highly intriguing to me for several professional and personal reasons... (It GETS attention! ( #attentionese ))

On facebook, I regularly get requests to play various games.  I always thought it was a way of relieving stress, or "I don't have time for this child's play--to each his/her own."  After watching the video "SMART GAMIFICATION: Seven Core Concepts for Creating Compelling Experiences" I've changed my mind.  Of course, the more I consciously apply the concepts the better my marketing approaches will become.
