Trading favors

Those people who owe you—because you mowed their lawn, drove carpool, promoted their site, gave them advice, listened to you in the middle of the night—they will probably let you down. Favors aren't for trading, they wear out, they fade...

What else can a Recruiter Do!!

What else can a Recruiter Do!!The great debate within companies has been around for some time. You are a "recruiter", that is all and what you do. That is what they say and think. However that is so far from the truth and it is our jobs as recruiters to explain and prove it to them. But before we do that we need to know what it is we can do besides recruiting ourselves. You would be surprised how many recruiters do not realize the other things they can do. Below is a list of the types of positions a recruiter could do beyond recruiting, please keep in mind this is not all inclusive.HR- Obviously if you have been a recruiter for any length of time you have touched on all parts of HR.Training- Again if you have been a recruiter for any length of time you have had to train people. Whether it is, other…See More

EXCERPT: "The Best Way to Keep a Man is to Let Him Go (among other things)"

LADIES!! (Men are ordering it, too!!) Invest in your relationship and get "The Best Way to Keep a Man is to Let Him Go (among other things)." Here's an excerpt: BE WILLING AND READY TO PAY YOUR DUES God put the onus on men that they must be willing to die for their women. So, I figured that, if I were a man, I would not be willing to die for a woman who could not show me that she was DEFINITELY in MY corner. In most long-term relationships where the couple is in their 70’s, or 80’s, or 90’s, the man seems content to sit back and relax and let his wife be the assertive one. Why? Probably because, in virtually all situations, she has proven that she will say and do the right thing. He knows that he can trust her judgment. That did not happen overnight. It also did not happen without a lot of tears shed by the female, a lot of unlearning undertaken by the female, a lot of “heated discussions,” and a lot of other stuff. My cousins Millail and Henrietta Jackson were married for over…See More

Does having a challenge mean you STOP LIVING? Absolutely NOT ... YOU Overcome!

If you think playing golf is hard ... you should see how a person with a physical or emotional challenge blossoms when they begin to share this glorious sport with their families and friends.  Life becomes better for ALL!  I am so touched by this video that I had to share it with all of you!  I LOVE THIS!  Tim would love my "Happy Word!" ... I am going to try and find him! This should absolutely make your day, week, month, year ... LIFE!I was blessed so very much when traveling the country and working with so many young people and older people with challenges.  THIS IS A FIRST!  Go Tim!!!  So impressed.  What's the matter with the rest of the world crying because things in life are "HARD?"  Bad hair day??? Get over it ... get a life ... and go help someone else! Love you all!See More

List Refinery

List Refinery is a service that takes lists of cold business leads that you purchased from a list broker, and fills in the blanks. We will use our team to find company e-mails, Facebook pages, and even the LinkedIn profiles of the decision makers. Stuff you just don't get from a list broker!

While we’re at it, we can even call those leads and verify that their phone numbers are real and accurate. That way you won’t be wasting time calling on those who disconnected 5 years ago.
